Step Out of Your Limitations and Self-Sabotaging Behavior

Are you just waiting to shine your greatness knowing deep down there is more than what you are presently showing?

All of us are unique with many talents and skills, some are hidden and some are known but lay dormant within. We all have our stories made up of limiting thoughts and beliefs that we play over and over in our mind like a bad tape. For example this inner critical voice may tell us that we are not good enough, we will never amount to much, and so forth. This voice may not even be our own, rather our parents, siblings, teachers, coaches, or others. Also the voice may be reminding us of incorrect meaning that we made about ourselves from life experiences. Whatever the critical voice is it came from harsh judgments that on some level we believed to be true. Sadly, we sabotage ourselves of success and happiness to validate those incorrect thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors.

Given a choice, would you step out of your limitations and embrace all that you are?

You do have that choice. I will create a safe place for you to replace those negative tapes with your real truth. Healing takes place with understanding and processing your story and then finding your unique gift. Exploring what you have learned from life lessons and what the hidden gifts are can lead to finding your purpose.

Hypnotherapy

What is the purpose of hypnotherapy?

The purpose of hypnotherapy to me is to make a connection with a deeper part of you or the subconscious mind to gain awareness of thought patterns, core beliefs, and attitudes. The subconscious is the seat of our emotions, and this accounts for why it rules most of our behaviors. That is why I use this powerful tool to promote change and it can be used alone or as an adjunct to talk therapy.

What is hypnosis and how does it work?

Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed state of body and mind in which the critical inner voice relaxes allowing the subconscious to be front and center to accept beneficial suggestions and new experiences that neutralizes past hurtful experiences. Once the suggestions or new experience has been accepted by the subconscious mind, it then may become a dominant part of your belief system allowing change. The beauty of this work is that the subconscious mind accepts the new beneficial suggestions and new experience literally as a new reality.

I use conversational hypnotherapy so you are an active participate and in charge of your own growth and healing. Any issue that can be dealt with in talk therapy can be closely examined in hypnotherapy with much less therapy time. Here are just a few common areas where hypnotherapy is helpful.
